They were able to fit us in with no appointment since we couldn't come back during the week. Was extremely informative and up front about costs. Got us a loaner, and finished the car early. They were excellent. Clean, friendly even had free cookies which the kids loved.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Peak Kia Colorado Springs and had a great experience. The team was very helpful with information on the vehicle we were considering, as well as taking us through the purchasing process. Jeff, the General Manager, was also very attentive and friendly. He spend time with us, not only going over the vehicle we were purchasing, but also feeding our curiosity about a specialty model they had on the lot. Lee's assistance was great too. He was well informed on the vehicle we were purchasing and very patiently went over paperwork with us, making sure everything was well explained, understood and correct. � The value we received from both a customer care stand point and the vehicle itself made us very happy car owners and we look forward to doing business with Peak Kia Colorado Springs again!

Review is only on the service side and not the sales side. Brought the car in for general oil change, and 15k health check on a 2016 Sorrento. When i made the service appointment over the phone, I was very specific that I would need a shuttle service home. I came at my appointment time at 830am. �Upon arrival, i let the service adviser know of the situation and reminded him during the phone call that i need a shuttle service home. He told me no worries and someone would be up shortly. �I waited in waiting area for about 45 minutes and still not shuttle driver came up. I went back to the service adviser and asked him, and he told me that there is no shuttle service since the parts driver hasn't showed up to work yet. I asked him what does the parts guy have to do with being a shuttle driver, He told me that the parts guys normally come in and load up the shop truck and give customers rides alone their routes. I got pretty mad and told off the service guy that its ridiculous that I am put in this this situation when I was promised a shuttle ride on the phone, arrived on time and yet the Parts guy is who they are now blaming. I insisted that he gets someone from the Dealer ship weather its Sales, service, or even the Dealership Manager to get this handled. �Hell they can even call a Taxi or use Uber and cover the bill (Cheaper than paying an employee). �10 minutes later goes by and the service adviser comes back and tries to give me a guilt trip that he was able to get one of the technicians from the service side to stop what he was doing to get me a ride home. 430 same day, i Get a call that the car was ready and all the work is complete. �Original completion was for the following date. This was nice to have my car back the same day. Fwd 3 months later, Sunroof Stuck and wouldn't close.. Called the service dept and made an appt. for Tuesday after labor day. They were fully booked but said if i just drop it off, they would squeeze my car in between the service appointments already book. I already planned to be with out a car for a week thinking a failed panoramic sunroof is going to be a major job. Upon arrival,a different service adviser greeted me. Pulled up the info. Got me checked in. He asked if i would like one of their complementary loaner cars. I was shocked for this offer as i did not realize KIA service centers even offer this. �He got me into a loaner car and said he would call me the following day. Again, 430pm I get a call that my car is all done. There is a known issue with the sun roof brackets that needed to be replaced and they had them in stock. Re lubed the sun roof tracks and everything is good now. headed down same day, picked up the car, and they even washed the car for me. Im heavily torn, as the service aspect it self is great, Service advisers really stay on top of the cars in the shop and keeping the customers informed. Im only knocking them the 1 star due to the first visit and because of the shuttle situation. Other than that, they are fast and efficient.

I went to this facility after getting into a car accident and needing a new vehicle a couple weeks ago. I met with Lisa the manager first who then showed me to Dorothy who was my sales representative for the day. I cannot express my gratitude towards these two ladies. I have never been treated so well at a dealership before. These ladies worked incredibly hard to get me into a vehicle without needing a cosigner, which at first I was told I needed but didnt have one. Carl also helped out too and I am very greatful for his work as well. I fully recommend this dealership. Also they Only ran My credit once.

Service department is quick and very response/respectful. Charles was very nice and made sure to take care of everything in a timely manner. He was so respectful towards a customer who made him wait while she finished her phone call. I felt that customer was extremely rude but he took it like a champ. Great job service department

I went into this facility a couple weeks ago because the door handle of my 2 year old vehicle had fallen off. The man at the desk by the the entrance to the car maintenance center seemed extremely overwhelmed and unwelcoming. He went and asked a gentleman who was doing car maintenance about the handle to my car. The gentleman by the name of: Jeremy Rollin dropped everything he was doing and informed the man that it wouldn't be a 2 hour wait because he was working on used cars and customers come first. He fixed my handle immediately, no questions asked and was super friendly and kind. The guy who tried to steer me away tried to charge me for the part when in actuality it was out of my hands, simply a falsely part. He knew the warranty I had and still tried to charge me. After I has kindly asked him to check to see if it fell under my warranty, surely enough it did. What could of been a horrible, long day with a sleepy 1 year old, turned out to be a great one because of Mr. Rollin! He definitely deserves a pat on his back for all his kindness and hard work!

My wife and I went to Peak Kia today. Had a wonderful experience from start to finish, greeted warmly; Taylor, Lee, Lisa and others were super helpful, Taylor as the Sales Consultant - friendly, informative, efficient - Lee took our rental car back to Enterprise while we were waiting - Coffee and Snack bar available - the showroom was warm, clean, and peaceful. Can't say enough good things - thanks Peak Kia for our great lease deal and your super service

I purchased a vehicle here a couple of years ago, and I feel like I was taken advantage of on a warranty and maintenance plan. I was like 8K upside down in the car. I brought it in yesterday to see what my options were. Management had changed since I bought it, and they worked really hard to make it right. I walked out with a new car and no negative equity. I'm very happy with my experience there. I feel like they are all very honest people who want to do right by their customers so they keep coming back.
