Parts Return Policy

Return Qualifications - You cannot return parts after 30 days:

  • Part must be in its original packaging (Do not toss out the box or the plastic bag)
  • Packaging cannot be damaged (Do not slice open boxes or tear open the bags)
  • Box cannot have any writing on the packaging
  • Part cannot be sanded, primed, painted or have been installed
  • Please return parts with paperwork (Invoice #, part # and collected signature from driver)
  • Do not cover any labels on the original packaging

Parts Ineligible for Return:

  • Frames / Quarter Panels / Roof panels
  • Damaged parts after 7 days of receiving them or painted or otherwise modified parts
  • High Voltage batteries for Hybrid or Electric vehicles
  • Airbags and ELR (Electric locking Retractors) seat belts
  • Wiring harnesses that have been installed or damaged / discarded
  • Parts that are not in the original packaging

New / Unused Special Order Parts:

  • Subject to a 20% restock fee
  • Freight or other charges associated with procuring the part are non-refundable
  • Must meet all return qualifications above

New / Unused Stock Parts:

  • If the part is currently stocked by the dealer, in new / unused condition, and meets all return qualifications above, it is returnable.

Damaged Parts - Before returning, determine whether the part can be repaired:

  • Notification of damage must be sent to parts@peakkia.com within 48 hours from the date the order was delivered. The email should include the part number, the original invoice number and the nature of the damage. In some cases, Peak Kia may ask for pictures of the damage to be submitted. Once your claim is submitted, the damage part needs to be returned to Peak Kia within 3 working days.

Shorted Parts:

  • Notification of parts shortages will need to be sent to the email address above within 3 working days from the date the order was delivered.

Damage Repair:

  • Damage must be noted by email within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email must include pictures of outer packing, OE label, and damage
  • If approved, clean up credit will be emailed within 24 hours of damage email

Glass:

  • Glass is not returnable to the manufacturer, however Peak Kia will allow a return within 24 hours
  • Glass must be inspected at time of dealer delivery

Missing Credits: If you believe that you were never issued credit for parts that were returned, you will have 60 days from the date you returned the part to notify Peak Kia for the missing credit. Please send a copy of the return documentation to the email address.
